He was born in 1958 in Kraków. In 1984 he he graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Katowice Branch of the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts. He received his diploma from Stanisław Kluska's graphic design studio and Roman Nowotarski's painting studio. He deals with painting, drawing and publishing graphics. Warchoł creates works that over the decades have been arranged into vast cycles that touch upon similar issues. His works are characterized by excellent technique and precision. The characters presented by Warchoł are not only real people, but also those taken from the world of imagination.
