He was born in 1939. Cellist and painter. Graduate of the Academy of Music in Kraków and Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome, where he completed his musical education with Enrica Mainardi and Accademia Chigiana in Siena (virtuoso class of Andre Navarra). Founder of the award-winning Trio Krakowskie ensemble (renamed Trio Cracovia). As a fine artist, he deals with painting that refers to the Tatras folk tradition, as well as sculpture, relief and woodcuts. His most remarkable works painted on glass were exhibited at the Archdiocesan Museum in Kraków, the Warszawa State Ethnographic Museum and abroad, e.g. in the French Chartres.
